Being smart with $$ -- Is your financial advisor a fiduciary? I hope so.

Is your financial advisor a fiduciary? This is someone who must make investment recommendations that are in the client's best interest and must consider the client's interests ahead of their own.  You'd be surprised to know that many investment advisors do NOT have a fiduciary responsibility.  If you haven't asked this question, maybe now it's time.
